Our signature villa with great rates for a fabulous location
– a small garden opens on to one of the best beaches
on the island. A popular choice for families and friends.
LOCATION: Situated at the apex of the beautiful Paynes Bay
– just ½ mile south of Sandy Lane Hotel on the
prestigious St James west coast of Barbados, and close to
all amenities including watersports, grocery store and a variety
of restaurants.
ACCOMMODATION: A cool, airy sitting room leads on to a terracotta
tiled terrace, ideal for long lazy breakfasts and al fresco
dining beside a garden with sun loungers. This gives direct
access to the beach.
The master bedroom can be kingsize or twin with en-suite
facilities and has its own private terrace overlooking the
beach. There are another two bedrooms on the upper floor (king
or twin) which share a bathroom with shower and tub.
There is a large kitchen with adjacent laundry room plus
another twin bedroom on the ground floor with a third bathroom
and shower.

ALMOND
TREE VILLA

Close to everything you could possibly want! Large fenced
garden and secluded patio.
LOCATION: Situated in Flamboyant Avenue in the residential
complex of Sunset Crest at Holetown - just ¼ mile north
of Sandy Lane Hotel on the prestigious St James west coast
of Barbados, and close to all amenities. Walk just 3 -5 mins
and you are at glorious beaches, shopping malls and bars or
restaurants. Buses run egularly from the rear of the house.
ACCOMMODATION (Sleeps 4 -6 people)
A cool, airy sitting room leads on to an east facing terracotta
tiled terrace which remains cool throughout the day. There
is a dining area to the rear of the sitting room with a hatch
through to the kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped
with a
ceramic hob and all electrical appliances.
The large master bedroom (18' x 14') has a queen size bed
plus a "daybed" with a rollaway underneath and has
an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. The twin room has
a bathroom in the hall with a large shower. Both bedrooms
have split level quiet air conditioning and the master bedroom
also has a ceiling fan with remote control.
